DIRECTIONS OF USE

RECOMMENDED DOSE(S):

Shake well before use. Adults may take 5 drops diluted in a teaspoon of water, juice, or carrier oil (such as olive or coconut oil) three times a day, preferably after meals or take with food. Take a few hours before and after supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium and copper. Hold the diluted drops in the mouth for a few seconds before swallowing for better absorption.
